adequate stay with some issues
elevator security bland food
the location near the shopping center proved convenient for quick access to amenities and transportation.
i found the elevator security excessive requiring room number verification even at late hours it felt unnecessary the breakfast buffet presented a limited choice of set menus with bland lukewarm food it certainly did not meet the expected standards for a hotel of this supposed caliber.

convenient stay above the mall
large bed daily housekeeping free gym
we had two large 6 ft beds of a few nights. there was a kettle fridge iron ironing board safe and hair dryer. toiletries and slippers were also available daily housekeeping provided fresh towels every day. the gym and swimming pool on the 8th floor were free plus there was a sauna steam room and showers in the changing room.
the lobby entry had an unpleasant smell. the basic amenities such as international charging plugs and shower caps were not complimentary. there used to be a deposit required for the phone convert plug now they don't provide it i had to get my own shower cap which i expected from a five star location.

the fitness center includes modern equipment like treadmills and weights allowing guests to maintain their workout routines. the hotel's pool area offers a relaxing atmosphere with comfortable seating arrangements. there are also changing rooms with showers and saunas adding to the overall experience.

the concierge team offers assistance with luggage storage local transportation arrangements and tourist information. daily housekeeping ensures rooms are tidy with fresh towels and linens provided. the staff responds to requests in a timely manner.

comfortable room excellent location short walk
i stayed for several nights in the plaza beautiful family room and it was comfortable. the location is excellent as it is connected to a shopping mall. mong kok east mtr station is a short walk from the hotel.
The pillow was too soft. might find this uncomfortable.
